Preliminary step: Creation of a secure Ypsee online account
This preliminary step is necessary and non-committing for you. The creation of your secure Ypsee online account guarantees the confidentiality of your personal information, like the photos, the medical form…by an encrypted system on a highly secured server. Once your account has been activated, you can access it with your private login and password. You can now have access to our two separate services, independent one from the other: the « Ypsee Passport Services » and the « Morphing ».
Step 1: Subscribe to Ypsee Passport Service
The payment of the €65 fee is a one-time fee that you will pay upon departure. Ypsee uses Paypal as an online mean of payment to transfer money, which guarantees you a completed secure transaction. Your payment can be done by credit card or via a Paypal account.
Step 2: Your concerns taken care of by surgeons

Ypsee is the only website that allows you to submit your requests at once, whatever the surgery type (cosmetic or dental), and directly to the partner surgeons that you will have selected. For that end, first choose the type of surgery needed, select one or more surgeons, fill our online medical form (you can ask your general practitioner for help), submit your pictures and write your requests/motivations/expectations. Take photos as shown below: |

Step 3: Direct contact with the surgeons

After you receive your answers, an interview via videoconference or by phone will be organized with the plastic surgeon(s) you have chosen. Please notify on your secure online account the best time to reach you.During this meeting, the surgeon will tell you what preliminary tests you need to take in your home country depending on the surgery type. (in most cases: blood test, mammography, echographia...). These tests will have to be given to him if needed before departure. If this first contact was satisfactory on both sides (the choice to be operated belongs to you, as well as the choice to do the surgery or not depends also on the surgeon), the surgeon will forward you a "consent form". This document will have to be dated and signed by you, 15 days prior to the scheduled surgery date. The surgery date will be scheduled depending on your availability and the surgeon’s. Then you can start to plan your trip. With Ypsée Clients:

|
Step 11: Follow up care
During the first week following your return home, your surgeon will keep in touch with you if needed by phone, mail or webcam. The feedback report of your surgery will have to be transmitted to your general practitioner; your surgeon will then be able to work in partnership with him to ensure everything is going on fine. After three months, a check-up will verify if the first results are satisfying or if it is still necessary to wait. You will need to take pictures of the operated area and submit them to your surgeon, through your secure online account. To know what happens if a complication arises; see the Guarantees on the website.
