In our activity the respect of individual dignity is a fundamental value. Therefore we have established a code of ethics to ensure you with the most trustworthy and transparent collaboration.

Ypsee made sure the policy of its partners is clear and transparent in case some complications occur.

According to the French law «informatique des libertés» of January 6th, 1978, pertaining to data computing, personal files and freedom, your personal information (name, address, telephone, etc...) are strictly confidential. You have a right to access, modify, correct or suppress all the data that concern you. You may ask at any time that your visit to this website be removed by sending us a mail to SARL Ypsée - Grand Luminy - Bât CCIMP - Case 922 - Parc scientifique et technologique de Luminy) or by email at contact@ypsee.com.

Ypsee has no right to access your personal medical data stored in your Ypsée file. In accordance with the CNIL recommendations (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés), an encoding system has been implemented ensuring both the secured transmittal and storing of your data. Only the surgeons you submit your files to have access to your data via a secured system of authentication.

Ypsee voluntarily made the choice not to post the "before/after surgery" pictures on the surgeon detailed information web pages. These pictures could be assimilated to advertisement and no medical case can be duplicated to another.

All hospital partners have been audited on site and are linked with Ypsee by comprehensive contracts. These contracts define the terms and conditions as well as obligations of the hospitals especially in terms of a continued quality improvement of the care delivered to patients.
